First Meeting!

Hello all. 

This past Tuesday we had our first official meeting, so as Blogmaster I will be posting the minutes after every meeting! Sorry this one's late.

We went over two main things:

-Committees. If you're on a committee make sure you're all communicating!

-Teams! QRT teams can be found on the back of the sheet that was given out. Unfortunately I don't have mine on hand, so I can't type it out. If anyone needs it though I can find it tomorrow and type it up.

Getting to know your staff: Eddie Schwartz

1. Favorite thing about Tapestry: I love getting ideas out for people who wouldn't otherwise be heard.

2. Role in Tapestry: Head Manuscripter and Grammarian

4. Coffee or Tea: I like coffee.  Sometimes, tea can make me feel really refined, gentle, and important, though.

8. Role Models: My friends, brother, dad, piano teacher, acting teachers.

One of the lamest things you’ve ever done and don’t regret:  I like to explain to impressive people whom I don't know very well how beautiful they are on the inside, making use of the well-organized argumentative tactics I learned from Mr. Kirk.  I use a main idea sentence, thesis statement, usually one to two short body paragraphs, and a one-sentence conclusion.  It generally happens at parties in a casual tone while everyone else is off being crazy.

1. Favorite thing about Tapestry: All of you!! Working creatively with few restrictions is a dream job for me. I love watching you all work; I love getting to know you in ways outside of the classroom (such as this blog); I like that you bring me baked goods & I get to introduce you to spicy garlic eggplant; I love NOT having to assign you a grade for your sincere and magnificent work; and on and on...
